Acupuncture & Fertility

Acupuncture is a highly effective fertility treatment and has been used for thousands of years.  Medical studies and research have shown acupuncture to:

  • Reduces stress

  • Increases blood flow to reproductive organs

  • Aid in balancing the endocrine system

  • Nourishes the egg

  • Increase sperm count and motility

  • Relieves anxiety

The goal of acupuncture for fertility is not only to help with the conception of a baby but also to help our mama's STAY pregnant.  So our programs include pre-pregnancy and also during-pregnancy sessions to offer our mamas as much support and strength as possible. There are also many things we do post-pregnancy to help the mother's body recover and support the processes needed for breast feeding.

Once a baby is conceived, acupuncture can help with morning sickness, nausea, aches and pains (low back, for example), anxiety, insomnia and even induction of labor!

For IVF, there is a 20% chance of conception and when acupuncture is added that percentage jumps to 50%. That’s a huge advantage!

Call us today for a fertility consultation and discover how acupuncture can support your journey.
